The Instinct
The horses run, far away as they can with the death and destruction following in their wake. They stop for no one. All they think is to run as far away as they can from the shells and bullets. We would like to, too. But we must stand our ground and push forward  into the falling bodies. Forward for as far as we can, before we too fall.
